- Training of thousands of women by visiting lakhs of women through the Asha home industry in Palghar, Thane, Raigad, Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg under the women empowerment department, 187 Flour mills, 1575 sewing machines, 16 Patrawali machines, catering sets, more than 1700 handcarts, sugarcane spinning wheels, garments under the department.
- Employment has been provided to women through many means: training in the factory, incense stick training, branch-making training, rickshaw training, mehendi for women, yoga, sewing machine, beauty parlour, jewellery-making training, food preparation training etc.
